Satouree.com currently ships to all serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping is available for select destinations—please refer to our International Shipping Policy or contact us at triple7impex@gmail.com

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned on the product detail page at the time of purchase. These charges may vary based on:

  • Order value

  • Delivery location

  • Chosen shipping method (e.g., standard, express)

  • Promotions/offers active at the time of order

There are no hidden charges. Any applicable shipping or delivery fee will be transparently included before checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • During festivals or promotional sales, processing time may extend by 1–2 additional business days.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS. You can also view tracking information under “My Orders” at www.satouree.com.

6. Courier Partners

We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and other regional logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts & Re-delivery

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address,

  • Customer unavailable,

  • Refusal to accept,

A second attempt will be made (as per courier policy). In case of repeated failure, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery or refund (where applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable charges (e.g., return shipping).

8. Packaging

All items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items are protected with bubble wrap and appropriate boxing. If you receive a tampered or damaged package, please record a video or photo and contact us within 48 hours.

9. Delivery Delays or Issues

In the event of:

  • Delay beyond 15 business days from dispatch, or

  • Receipt of damaged or missing products,

Triple-7 Impex Private Limited is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or logistic disruptions.
