🔄 Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at triple7impex@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged or defective when delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must email us at triple7impex@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item to begin the return process.

💸 Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Jewelry and accessories (due to hygiene reasons), unless received damaged
